These Terms & Conditions outline the principles, processes, and policies that govern all professional engagements, collaborations, and service agreements with our clients.
By entering into a contract, submitting payment, approving a quotation, or confirming services with Planetofaio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Every engagement with Planetofaio begins with a deep understanding of your goals, market, and creative direction.
Our proposed strategies, timelines, and project estimates are built upon this understanding. Should your objectives evolve or the project scope change, adjustments to timelines and costs may be necessary — ensuring that all work maintains the standards of quality synonymous with the Planetofaio brand.
All quotations and proposals are based on the requirements shared during consultation sessions — whether in-person, virtual, or via documented correspondence.
We encourage clients to provide complete and detailed specifications prior to project initiation to ensure clarity of vision, timeline, and deliverables.
If additional features, micro-improvements, or functional enhancements are requested after project commencement, they will be treated as new deliverables and quoted separately.
Planetofaio reserves the right to modify timelines and fees accordingly to uphold premium quality standards across every service touchpoint.
Our production and development processes are structured, strategic, and collaborative.
Each project is assigned a specific timeline, with milestones clearly defined in the initial proposal.
We make every effort to deliver all projects on or before the agreed date. However, should project scopes expand, features evolve, or client-side delays occur, revised schedules may apply.
Timelines rely on mutual cooperation and consistent communication.
Planetofaio will not be held liable for delays resulting from unavailable information, late approvals, or changes in client requirements.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content, imagery, and brand assets are provided within two (2) weeks of project commencement.
Failure to provide timely materials may result in delays and potential adjustments to project schedules and costs.
Clients must review all proposals and deliverables carefully to ensure that their vision, tone, and goals are fully captured.
If clarifications or revisions are required, they should be communicated in writing before project completion.
Any major design or functional revisions requested after approval or Go-Live confirmation will incur additional charges.
Due to the custom and consultative nature of our work, all fees are non-refundable, except in cases of verified billing errors or compliance issues determined by Planetofaio management.
Our goal is perfection — but excellence takes evolution.
Minor adjustments within a defined working window may be accommodated at no additional cost.
Significant rework or redesign requests beyond the approved scope will be treated as new projects.
Planetofaio maintains a commitment to quality and brand alignment; hence, all change requests are reviewed strategically to ensure consistency with your brand’s premium image.
All proprietary software, code, design layouts, and digital systems developed by Planetofaio remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received.
Upon settlement of all dues, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the finalized project assets for their intended business purpose.
Custom-developed software, frameworks, or designs may not be resold, duplicated, or rebranded without written authorization from Planetofaio.
Planetofaio retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, presentations, or case studies, unless otherwise stated by mutual agreement.
Planetofaio integrates world-class third-party solutions to enhance performance — including but not limited to Google, WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Cloudflare, and others.
While every tool is selected with precision, Planetofaio is not responsible for performance limitations, outages, or policy changes related to external platforms.
Costs associated with third-party elements such as SSL certificates, plugin licenses, domain renewals, hosting, payment gateways, or Google Ads budgets are not included in the initial project estimate unless explicitly mentioned.
Hosting and domain registration fees are billed separately unless stated in your proposal.
For clients choosing third-party or self-managed hosting, Planetofaio will provide recommendations but cannot assume liability for hosting-related downtime, loss, or configuration issues.
Maintenance plans and technical support packages can be arranged post-launch for continued updates, optimizations, and security enhancements.
Planetofaio ensures that all web and app projects are tested on the latest versions of Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox, and on standard devices such as iPhone, iPad, and major Android models.
Should you require compatibility testing across additional browsers or specialized devices, please inform our development team in advance.
Additional testing time may be billed separately to maintain our quality guarantees.
If a project remains inactive for more than 60 days without written notice, administrative fees may apply.
Projects on hold are subject to revised timelines and revalidation of previous estimates upon reactivation.
Clients may request to place projects on hold with formal communication. Planetofaio will accommodate reasonable holds, provided mutual terms are confirmed in writing.
Planetofaio operates with the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.
However, we cannot accept liability for delays, errors, or interruptions resulting from third-party dependencies, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events.
Our responsibility is limited to the scope of work agreed upon in the signed or acknowledged proposal.
Under no circumstances shall Planetofaio be liable for indirect losses, business interruptions, or consequential damages arising from the use or performance of our services.
All client information, brand data, and project details shared with Planetofaio remain strictly confidential.
We operate with a policy of absolute discretion, ensuring that your intellectual property, strategies, and analytics remain secure at every stage.
Every employee, partner, and subcontractor under Planetofaio is bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and Canada, depending on the client’s contractual jurisdiction.
Any disputes shall be resolved amicably through discussion and mediation.
In rare cases requiring formal proceedings, jurisdiction shall reside within Phoenix, Arizona (USA) or Surrey, British Columbia (Canada) — based on the client’s engagement location.
