Due to the custom and consultative nature of our work, specific policies apply to refunds and cancellations to ensure fairness, accountability, and clarity on both sides.

By engaging with Planetofaio, submitting payment, or confirming a proposal, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

No Refunds After Work Commencement

To deliver a world-class digital experience, we collect certain types of information — always with consent, confidentiality, and care.

a. Personal Information

Every project initiated by Planetofaio involves strategic consultation, planning, and dedicated resource allocation from the moment of engagement.
As such, once work has commenced, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstance.
This includes research, creative strategy, campaign setup, design, development, or marketing execution.

We take pride in delivering excellence — and each project receives the full attention and expertise of our global team from day one.

Service Cancellations

Clients may cancel an ongoing service at any time by submitting formal written notice via email to billing@planetofaio.com or through their assigned account manager.

Cancellations made within an active billing cycle will not qualify for a refund.
No prorated or partial refunds will be issued for unused days or periods within that cycle.

All future billing will be discontinued upon confirmation of cancellation.

Conditions Affecting Refund Eligibility

Refunds will not be applicable under any of the following circumstances:

Our success relies on collaboration and timely participation — and all services are structured accordingly.

Digital Marketing & Monthly Services

Services such as Google Business Profile Optimization, SEO, Google Ads, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Review Management are non-refundable due to their recurring, data-driven nature.

However, clients may discontinue these services with a 15-day written notice before the next billing cycle begins.

This ensures that campaigns conclude gracefully and resources are allocated responsibly without disruption.

Special & Event-Based Services

Event-based, one-time, or promotional campaigns — including short-term marketing activations, limited-time ads, or seasonal branding projects — are strictly non-refundable.
These services require at least 30 days’ notice prior to cancellation, as they involve upfront creative and operational investment.

Project Inactivity

If a project remains inactive, unresponsive, or on hold for more than 30 consecutive days, it will be marked as dormant and closed administratively.
In such cases, refunds will not be issued.

A reactivation fee or revised estimate may apply to resume work, as costs, timelines, and market conditions may have changed.

You may request the deletion or export of your data by contacting our Data Privacy Team at privacy@planetofaio.com.
All verified requests will be handled promptly in accordance with global data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, etc.).

Third-Party Fees & External Costs

Planetofaio cannot issue refunds for any third-party costs paid or committed to on behalf of the client.
This includes, but is not limited to:

These costs are non-recoverable and are billed as direct external expenses.

Refunds for Package Deals & Custom Engagements

For projects involving multi-service bundles, enterprise retainers, or global-scale campaigns, refund requests are not applicable once the initial deposit or milestone payment has been processed.

Each service element (SEO, design, development, etc.) is independently resourced — and work begins immediately after onboarding approval.

Exceptions & Discretion

While our policies are standardized for clarity, Planetofaio reserves the right to review exceptional cases on a discretionary basis.
Such considerations will only be made if:

All approved exceptions will be handled by Planetofaio’s Global Billing & Compliance Department, ensuring professional and ethical resolution.

Once verified, a confirmation email will be sent acknowledging receipt and confirming the termination of future billing cycles.

Limitation of Liability

Planetofaio operates under a fair-practice business model.
We will not be held liable for project delays, third-party disruptions, or client-side inaction that affect deliverables.

Our responsibility is limited to the services explicitly agreed upon in writing at the project’s inception.
